Ruskin Lifting Engineers Limited is a well-established company formed in 1947 to provide general engineering services to local industry. In 1972, the then directors ? Identified the need for the provision of specialist services to the Lifting Equipment industry and the Company was restructured to concentrate on this area. The Company now provides specialised services both to local industry throughout East Anglia and to the major ferry companies based in Felixstowe. The Company has been structured to provide services which includes, supply, hire, inspection, repair and testing of all types of lifting and mechanical equipment to meet the compliance of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998, (L.O.L.E.R.) and also the Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998, (P.U.W.E.R.) The Company has a policy of continuous development and improvement and is dedicated to the quality objectives as set out in a quality assurance system capable of registration to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 status.
